What audio formats can I upload?
Common formats such as MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A/AAC and OGG are supported. Files are decoded server-side for fingerprinting.
How long until a song is monitor-ready?
Processing runs in the background and typically completes within moments of upload. The status is shown as Processing, Ready or Failed in your library.
Will one continuous play create many detections?
No. Continuous-play rules collapse repeated recognition windows from the same broadcast into a single airplay event with its play duration.
Can I add stations in my country?
Yes — you can request stations from your dashboard, and administrators can import stations by country in bulk.
Is my catalogue private?
Yes. Your songs and airplay are private to your account. Nothing is shown on public charts unless it is explicitly opted in.
